Picks of the day

I will try and make this a daily thing to show you what I love and are passionate about.
It can be anything from a great song to an amazing pair of shoes to a great celebrity look to a lovely photo.

Pick 1: One of my favourite photos I have ever taken. Last year in Durham, England. It was a wounderful day with good food, great Architecture and qualtiy time with my mom.

Pick 2: Lovely Mawi emerald teardrop earrings. They would add some dressyness to a simple outfit and be a stamtent picese with a dressy look.

Pick 3: Ashley Olsen back in 06 looking perfectly relaxed and cool. It show how the simplest of outfits often are the once that works best.

Hugh & Drew

Music and lyrics was my flick of the weekend and it was a very cute movie. I love chick-flicks like this!
Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant has great on screen chemistry and the music was cheerful and got me in a good mode.
Hugh in that 80`s look was hilarious!

Taylor Momsen looks much older then her 15 years, but she is a beautiful girl.

That OBI belt

I really like Obi belts these days and love Ginnifer Goodwin is wearing.
I actuly like the whole outfit. It looks very good with the black and white skirt, then black and the green obi belt to add color.
I also like that she kept it simple with no other accessories

The Oscar goes to..

And the Oscar for best dressed woman goes to Anne Hathaway. She looked radiant in her red Marchesa dress. I love that she kept the hair simple and chic and her make-up looks flawless

I know many people did not like Marion Cotillard`s gaultier Paris Haute Couture dress, but I think she owned the dress. It was a perfect fit!
The details on the dress are stunning

Jennifer Garner gets my award for best black dress of the evening. She looks so chic and adorable as always in her Oscar de la Renta dress
And her neckleas looks divine with the simple neckline.

Then comes Kerri Russel in her pale and clean-cut Nina Ricci
dress. I adore the pilled on necklaces and her lovely hair and makeup.

I had hoped Ellen Page had worn something more edgy, but she keeps it classy and simple in a black Vintage Jean-Louis Scherrer Haute Couture number.

The only reason Kelly Preston is her, is because she worn a vivid coloured Roberto Cavalli dress. I love the bright choice against her pale skin.

Then there is dear, sweet Jennifer Hudson in Roberto Cavalli. It just does not work. She deserves a nice dress that flatters her boobs rather then squeezes and makes them look like this.

Yet there was no really big surpris dresses that had that Extra wow factor that I was hoping for.
